perhaps a word containing 'arbor', without 'tree' just after it. for instance our company is Danarbor LTD.

It is a poor name IMO too, Generally anything Arbor will not mean anything to the people you are trying to work for.

 

Tree Surgery is a bad enough term anyway but people do know what it is. If you called yourself "XYZ tree lopping" you would get more work! I'm nto suggestign you do that of course but it would work better than anything Arbor related.

I have found that its more than acceptable to have your business name and then a description.
