Having Just fliked through another H V S top handle saw thread i noted the last comment.

a mikita 18v cordless???

it got me to thinking... I was instructing a brushcutter cource, and we chatted about the range of battery strimmers there are now, bosh, makit, viking to name but a few. no one could think of any gas powered machines, but there are now true four stroake..

My thought was moor arround the battery chainsaw, and the rising cost of fuel.. would you consider, for day to day pruning swop to a battery saw and if you did what would you say would be ether the posertive / negative point.

thoughts as ever welcome.
