Or some Mickey Thompson Baja's. On a few council fleet vehicles (RoW 110s, 130s) We run Insa Turbo Special Tracks. They are noisy but have nearly an inch of tread. We have had a notice in the past that we put up before going back ont surfaced roads saying "Caution: Mud depositing on road. Please keep your distance". :001_rolleyes:

all very clever til someone has an accident they can attribute to said mud, then you're screwed

 

Thats why we use the same safe access points. We havent had an accident caused by our mud as we try and keep it out in the field and lanes. Been warned by the local pc for dropping mud on the roads. We asked him why he didnt warn farmers but apparently because they are agri vehicles they fall under a different area.:confused1:

agri- contractor near me will tell you different.. gang of his blokes were muck spreading in autumn and put mud on road..had no signs up.. a woman skidded into a tree.. unfortunatly she died as a result.. he was arrested for man slaughter... think he avoided prison but is faced with around 400 grand compensation claim which insurance dont cover him for.. thing is the workers had signs to put up but as he's the boss he shoulda made sure they did it and they get off scott free..
