Anderson silva used to be a really exciting fighter like when he first fought rich franklin, but he seems to have lost it a bit

I don't think he's lost it I think he's just bored of being so good:lol: he could do with losing a few fights so we can watch an awesome comeback:thumbup:

You certainly know your stuff Robert:thumbup: I'm no expert but I wish those grapplers weren't so good dictating where the fight goes:sneaky2: my mate has had three fights and lost three but only been punched three times! All fights have been against grapplers he's getting frustrated haha even his last fight ended just as he got the mount and was ground and pounding poor lad hope he gets a stand up fighter this time

Cheers lorry, most of it is just worthless rubbish rattling about in my head from being involved for 30 year, i can recall fights and techniques they won by from 20 year ago that has no use to man nor beast now:lol:

if i had spent all they hours studying law i would be loaded by now:001_rolleyes:

Haha or you could be arguing about stats about football on a Sunday afternoon like most sports fans:001_rolleyes:

I've only been into mma about five year but love it. I've done a bit training mostly getting kicked in and circuit training etc. Wished I'd done it at a younger age and had a go:thumbup:

i dont train anymore ive too many injuries:thumbdown:

And i find it hard to do conditioning as there is no incentive for me as all i done that for was too get better at martial arts.

it was great fun though, i still shadow box and do some stick work though oh and throw a kettlebell around occasionally so its something :001_rolleyes::thumbup1:

stick at it lorry but realisticly to compete its a young mans game.

I would like the thought of entering but I wouldn't get past the training all the injuries would mean no work:thumbdown:

I spewed up the first time I trained haha it's awesome stuff though and the truing them lads go through I have so much respect. From going to a few events at the lower end it seems it's all about fitness not skill as they seem to tire quick and the fittest wins:thumbup: I went to one and saw lads who were blatantly hammering steroids who looked awesome but two mins in got smashed up after gassing out:lol:
