How do you manage to stay cool when working?

Only if it can be justified on the risk assessment. If it gets warm enough to take second thoughts about pants, wear type As!

 

i dont think that any risk assment can ever justifie not wearing trousers ever ever ever.

too hot just take a break in the shade, will be the answer from HSE

 

work smarter not harder

 

for hot day's i have a pair of stilh 'Advandced' A which are very thin and light(dont know how they passed!) start at 5.30am and sit in the pub in the afternoon heat, with cooling beers
