They draw the plans up to save the trees on the plot then do this sort of thing criminal.I saw an oak tree on a site once back filled around the tree covered the whole buttress the tree ended up a metre shorter.:sad:

Whats the problem , with some of my special fert and decompaction they'll be as good as ever, well thats what a landscape architect tried to tell me a few months back :withstupid:

As I understand it, according to BS 5837:2005 a designated root protection area (RPA) of a circle 12x the diameter of a single stem tree. This area should be plotted and remain undisturbed!

Me too! It's heartbreaking to see, every time I drive past it seems to get worse!
