\Some examples of how trees of different species grow up together.....embracing one another...in some cases quite literally! I especially like pic 3....pine, oak, holly and rowan.....lovely.:thumbup1:

I like the holly it looks as though it has a face (not a very happy one mind) and has it's "arm" around the other

 

It does....as does the 'husband' oak....they look like an old miserable couple.....all those years together!!

Showed my kids this one from BB a couple of weeks back.
