No idea lee i thought chris packed up his job to work with a partner in a new venture, i only know you guys as virtual mates but i have started to meet one or two of you maybe we should have an east anglian christmas party for all us carrot munchers:001_smile:

She is in a horse paddock oh dear. I have now fenced her off but she must be well compacted i have just grown 50 saplings from her seed they are now 2 years old so i will plant a couple near her to carry on when she dies the trouble here in the park is deer try growing trees with browsing deer reds and fallow:ohmy:

I suggest decompaction with the air-pick David and mulch with woodchip, an easy job and not very expensive..

 

As with most things there is a right and wrong way to decompact, I mean we wouldn't want to decompact to such an extent that the tree falls over the very next storm we have..
