Hi,

Has anybody experienced problems with feed rollers stopping.

There are no blockages, hydraulics have been tested with no probs.

We replaced the solinoid dump but have no or intermitant power feeding the solinoid.

Is this a common problem?

We are clueless about the electrics.

Anybody else had same issues?

Does your machine have a Box inside the Engine Bay?Mounted down low the Dip Stick Side?

There is a Printed Circuit Board in there and one of the Circuits can blow giving you no Feed Roller Function. You can remove the Board and Bridgewire the Burned out Circuit.

Save yourself £160

You can check that it is the board by bypassing it and powering up the solenoid. If you open the box you will see a bridged blu wire with a blue wire next to it. Remove the blue wire from the far side and place it in with the bridge.

The feed rollers should turn.

You could also re set the board. At full revs,Hold the top and bottom button until the red light flashes, drop the revs to just over half and repeat the procedure holding the middle and bottom button.
