I do like the look of the 338, but not sure after years with an 020/ms200t how I'd get on.

only thing ive been told is how rubbish the bar is..have been told to replace with an oregon asap ..i can remember the old 335s in leylandii and watching a couple of bar sprockets imploding wich was fun...ironically that saw left a tree in a hurry as well but wasnt me that chucked it!

Yer, gotta say, that'd probley hack me off too. When things go wrong for me, i just swear alot :blushing: aint a good thing when your high up somewhere and the customer can hear every swear word. ooops

i must admit i did regret it as i had to finish it off with a 357 and silky! at the end of the day a tantrum and broken saw to be replaced with a new one is probably better than turning up on a site 30 miles away on a friday on a big job that needs sorting asap again

cool steve, think theres a problem with the anti vibe mounts that i replaced a few months ago..vibe seems a lot worse!.ive been told the new 200t carbs have some compensator valve built in to the carb that vibrates lose wich is why so many go back for new carbs as it cant be opened up and replaced.

some dealers replace under warenty mine seems to take pleasure in not!either way its a saw out of action
