If you back a large chipper or a truck against the doors they cannot be opened outwards.

While the determined can get around most issues, detering everyone else is easier.

I thought this. I placed my 1 month old (to me) Hilux on my drive out the front of my garage and they bent the top of my door out unlocked the van, pushed it up a drive that was sloping towards the garage (a fair incline as well) and then broke into my garage all of which happened right underneath my bedroom window. I was gutted. I think if they do want it they will have it. I have padlocks on the door as well as the normal lock am considering installing a garage door defender. I use wheel locks on my towable stuff as well as hitch locks and i still worry!! I am insured but i still have excess to pay and it's not nice getting done over:thumbdown:

Surround your shed with a 8' chain link fence topped off with razor wire. If you can run current thru it and have a Battery back up with a alarm going to your cell phone that would also be a good idea. Of course secure the best locks available, just like other post you want to make it as hard and time consuming for the perks to give up or get caught in the act. If they do get caught in the act I believe in taking no prisoners.

Dear Chaffey: I never said I would leave any bodies, what's unreasonable about that. Someone needs to feed the gators in the Glades. Just doing my part to help the overall ecology.

If we done it here we wouldn't be able to afford the postage over to the Glades!!. We have problems with disposal of things like that over here:lol:

Go on youtube and search for `Snatch - Brick Top warns about Pig Farmers `!

Excellent instructional clip from the film:thumbup1:

Didn`t want to put a direct link to it as there is some offensive language:sneaky2:

To make it secure take a look at the site as if you were going to steal from there. (Advice from local Police) Do this in daylight and nightime to see where weakness are. 99% of all people doing rural crimes use a vehicle so this needs to be stopped from going onto the site.

Ditches and steel bollards are useful as a mobile linked alarms.
