does anyone sell logs by the count?

I store logs in potato crates and if i sell half a crate then i count 300, as i know that potato crate holds 500 of our 10 inch logs, and have found that is pretty accurate. Although i try to sell full boxes.

yes i counted about 450 apple logs in mine , bending over potatoe boxes getting the last logs out of the bottom of the box was putting added work on my body , if they want half a box then they will pay extra for it .

its the way my family have done it since the 1930's its not that bad cut the logs loose in to the shed you put them in to bins of 25 in the yard client comes tip the logs in to there boot and when doing delveries the client orders 1000 logs you've got two hands so thats 500 throws simples:thumbup1:
