Which chainsaw

Hi guys..

 

i will Keep it brief...

 

Got two saws, ms026 and a farm boss 038 avs.

 

ms 026, great! 038 is gettin tired and am looking to replace it.

 

Not sure which model or manufacture to get, been Stihl all my career but am looking at Husky's....

 

038 is used to do alot of firewood 99.9% of the time...

 

my 38 has a 20 inch bar, just to give you a bit of scope on size bar and saw i will need and would be using...

 

So the question... what would you replace my 038 with??

MS341, with short bar 18" cant beat for a good allround robust saw, we use them as ground saws perfect for all tasks, (as long as you have a chipper which dosnt require alot of trimming out!)

yeah got chipper etc as and when i need one... but its mostley cord wood id be cutting.

441 20 inch bar great saw for fire wood

the stihl ms341 is a good saw too but i wouldnt put anything bigger than an 18 on that..

yh id agree, plus im not a big fan of the ms441, would eva have the husky 576xp or the ms460 instead. but back on subject, the ms361 with a 20inch is perfect, have not tried the newer ms362 version
