i started when i was 17, chucked in at the deep end. straight in to large removals and the like. but persistance and a constant love or arb kept me interested and i'm now working in utility. how about you guys?

i'm cheating as not a tree surgeon at all:001_tongue:, in fact, i'm the dodgy sort who has no formal training and most of my kit would make the HSE guys cry...:001_rolleyes: (although i do own and use chainsaw trousers:sneaky2:)

am growing a firewood and kindling enterprise, along side running a small mixed farm.:thumbup1:

i was offered a job while i was working at my nans, she had the tree fellas in to do some work and i was cutting a hedge n did a nice job of it, i was at collage doing music tech but then dropped out becuase once u get a dose of this arb stuff you cant get enough of it, i am now a self employed arb apprentise at moulton collage and work for a local firm to me.
