If your clutch is ok may turn out to be prop shaft problems? I don't know if it has one I know nowt about mechanics but changed clutch on my transit (changed it to solid fly wheel or whatever old school) and it started juddering few people said clutch but was prop shaft bushes. I was told to test clutch put right heel on brake and rev with toes let clutch out in 5th gear it should conk out but if it tries driving clutch is on the way out if that makes sense.

Always go for a solid flywheel. The dual mass ones cause problems and don't last as long I've been told. We recently had the clutch replaced in our 53Navarra, 140k, and it came back judderring. Turned out the flywheel was warped. This was then skimmed and all seems fine. If the vehicle is a good runner spend a little more and get a decent clutch replacement

the 2003 rangers do not have a Dual mass flywheel , you will most ikely find that the clutch has got hot at some point and also the pressure plate may be a little worn , £2oo will get you a new clutch , we did it our selves which did help , also your ranger shoult have had a new cam belt at 90k , one tip is that once you have had a new clutcu fitted if you have any reversing up hills to do wth a trailer , where possible put it in low box .
