Timberwolf shredder. Opinions please?

Not sure if it's any use to you mate but I think you can get a machine (don't know they are called ) that's more of a corkscrew which grinds clippings etc up might last a bit longer. I saw one on the side of a chipper years ago think it was called landforce chipper or something.

I have subsequently found out that the local company that had a Timberwolf shredder no longer have it.

 

Orange Plant ought to have a shredder, but I want to make sure its going to be up to the job before I commit.

Ne bother haven't used one myself mate was just a thought incase you were thinking of buyin one.

I would add that it needs doing on site as it is cut, its not a big pile back at a yard.

Saw one working at capel year before last, but it was awful. it was huge, but they were only shredding what looked like rail from post and rail fencing (4x2) and it was killing the machine!! The throat looked enourmous on the machine in comparison. Not at all impressive.

Saw the same demo to be fair the rep said they had run out of brash and were shredding stuff from the carver next door. Not really what is was designed for.
