Does anyone know what Tree Crane is?

Does anyone know what a Tree Crane is since I'm new to Arboriculture and was told that I was going to use one at college on my course but they didn't tell me what one was.

Ah the tree crane! Make sure your tutor provides you with plenty of stump grease, there a bugger to lift otherwise. We used one once but it wasnt man enough and we had to get a couple sky hooks in to assist.
