as much as many would like people named and shamed for many things it probably wouldnt be very good for the site and could ultimately cause mr bullman a few problems. act wisely.:001_smile:

don't really agree with that statement,,

many forums especially car based ones regularly name and shame dealersthat treat customers badly,,

it's no different from caling out dealers that offer particularly GOOD service, why should only the good ones get named,,,

just check the land rover forums to see what i mean,, there is no reason why saying a company / dealer offers poor service (as long as it's true) should cause any trouble to the site what so ever,,,it is a free country after all,,, sort of,,:001_smile:

On my council website you can get copies of all recent planning apps of which conservation areas and TPO's also come under, a while back I was getting someone appealing against a few conservation orders I did. I have a rough Idea of who it was luckily our planning officer was cool about it and threw them out but was still hassle.

It is possible that this in itself will be enough to make them sit up and take notice. Massive Majority feel it's a bit of a gnarley buisness practice. This is to the guilty (as judged by me) company. PM me and ask my company name so that you can stop sending them out to my clients and it will all end happy. :-)
