I have 5 different books. Each one will cover some that others don't. Encyclopaedia of trees is a good one. Rather descriptive.

Philips' Mushroom book is superb. I had the huge version which is more coffee table material but there is a more recent version that is considerably smaller. Plus it's available to read on the internet here: Rogers Mushrooms | Mushroom Pictures & Mushroom Reference
