Price, er well that depends who is more desperate for a sale and prepared to do crazy discounts! But frankly the quadchip stuffs the BC160 on every front, especially engine and chipping power and yes, probably price. Would just prefer to being towing a Vermeer than a freakin' Greenmech !!! Good guess tho - yes I am looking at those two machines... There is a youtube vid of the vermeer posted by an arbtalker I believe; if it's as bad as in that vid, Vermeer can forget it.

Right, i had one of these out on demo for a conifer job and to be honest i wasnt that impressed. They are under the 750 weight but the turntable is heavy so therefore they put a smaller 25hp engine them. This means its very underpowered and to be honest they have got it wrong. I even video'd our experience of this chipper for here so people can make up their own minds. I ended up with the bc200 which is a beast of a machine but weighs 1.4 tonnes!!!!

Anyway this is the video, as i said it was a conifer job which is bread and butter work. My TW150 DBH at the time would eat it alive. the turntable was ahndy though but at a sacrifice.
