Can anybody help me with some info on heavy duty suspension for my 2003 130 tipper? when i have chip on and trailer the back end sags more than it should, would fitting heavy duty or 2 inch lift springs and shocks help? any info would be great. Thanks in advance.:thumbup:

you can buy hepler springs that fit inside of the normal springs then some heavy duty shock absorbers u should be able to take ton and a half .

Try speaking to gwyn lewis you can get his number off his website I have a set of ome springs and shocks on my 90 and its fine when loaded to the limit and still quite flexible when driving out of the woods

I have tera firma 2" heavy duty springs and shocks which are like rocks so I would of thought it would make a difference :)

 

Where did you get them mate? did you have to put longer brake pipes on as well?

HI hodge ref spings ive got a 11o tipper with bear machs hd springs 40mm ht lift rate at 510 lbs 22mm wire they for 110/130 mate they are good i put on 1500 kgs plus all the time with trailer all the best jon :thumbup::thumbup:

the inner helper springs are £15 each and the fittings kit is £80 so £110 and you can load the beast till its full:thumbup1:, it took me half an hour to do the fitting on mine

 

i allready have helper springs on it, i just think its in need of some heavy duty springs and uprated shocks.:thumbup:
