That reg is a green Landy tipper and the z in the plate has nothing to do with Ireland, the first two letters of new style plates in this case AE indicates the area it was registered in.

Surely this cant be right as the last two motors ive got for the mrs both astra estates 57 plate and swapped in for a 60 plate both have had z in the number plates and registered in or around suffolk.

If you click the second link then you will read that the dvla are now using z in there number plates for England where as a few years back it was reserved for Ireland, My fault for not researching in depth before I posted
