What things are there to do in Cornwall, i'm heading down for a few days to the Padstow area. I can google but i'd like other suggestions.

Go surfing! (or for less excitement there's always the eden project and lots of other gardens and similar)

Padstow is a nice little place, check out Harlyn Bay, lovely beach, in fact all the beaches down there are very nice.

 

Avoid Rick Steins fish and chip restaurant.

Smuggling, tin mining and pasty eating if the surfs not up!

i've tried surfing up here. in november so thats on teh hit list. just thought there might have been a few local gems.

constantine bay is nice, cycling the camel trail, a pint with the toffs in rock, beach parties (if its not raining)there's rock climbing and a wicked zip line over a cove in Newquay.Oh and Aunt Aggie's pasty shop near Wadebridge is the best around its on the A39 beside a petrol station, near the Allen valley, which is a nice drive. Av fun down ere me ansome!

I'll pack my rock boots and chalk then. its constantine bay i'm headed to. see my dad for a few days.

Lusty glaze is the beach in Newquay,I can recommend the zip line it's apparently the longest in Europe, you end up in the middle of the wire and abseil down to the beach. Also a visit to Bedruthen steps is good if you're into stunning scenery, which is on the way to Newquay from Padstow.Enjoy!

theres a few lesserknown waves worth discovering between newqauy and padstow if your willing to have a hunt

If you fancy a trundle on the rock, Commando ridge or other "easy" classics at Bosigran are worth it on a dry day.
