Bad Back !?!?

I was a gymnast for 8 years when I was younger. Slipped a couple lower vertebrae. The only kind of work that kills me is lifting rounds, which is why they make machines!

You gotta know what you can do, and don't try what you cant.

One of the reasons I quit doing tree work for someone else, and started my own gig, was because of lifting too much.

Strong legs and scretching ALOT helps backs tremendously.

Be careful with the tens machine, I used one for a while,it works to remove the pain and loosen the muscles but can aggrevate the joints and make the muscles even tighter the next day.

Since I saw the doctor he put me on co-codamol, Arthrotec and diazepan to take at night, works a treat.

Try only working three days a week, this also gives me enough to support my family.
