no mate, but you seem to quite touchy about it, i will use that to my advantage when you are picking on me:sneaky2::lol:

 

I went on one of those fancy scales the other day, that tells you your body fat% mines 21%:blushing: 10 years ago it was 17%

Mate! we all have good and bad days, with abit of the advice that he s got from the forum, and a second look he will be able to make a more informed decision on the next plan of attack. :001_smile:

 

Unless I'm mistaken, I dont recall him saying he was having a bad day....but the fact is that his experience and intuition told him No!

 

I hope he sticks with that.
