hia :001_smile: i got a question, why would you use elm for a chopping board, what are its qualities. i think i heard that sycamore was good for kitchen utensils because it has no taste, is this true and would it be any good for a chopping board

 

Sycamore is used a lot in food utensils as you say,fine for a bread board,elm is great too as its tough and doesnt split like some woods will.:001_smile:
