That's just got my goat, I've been with em for eighteen years so next year I'll cancel it and see if they offer me a discount.

 

A few years ago Tesco hiked up my pet insurance by about 40% for no apparent reason and when I questioned it they dropped it back down again. Robbing thieving low life bastards now get nothing off me. They did me a favour though cos I started tucking away a fiver a week for each dog and since then we've only dipped into the dogs dosh once and we still have a fat wad in reserve incase they need it.

Over here, the yellow books don't even make it in the front door. I walk them less than ten steps to the big recycle can in the trash can row.

 

Its like yellow garbage that comes 3 times per year from a few companies.

Had my rep round the other day . He kinda avoided telling me of the size reduction . Although price is the same . As said before 1/4 column is just that only now its harder to read .

Not bothering with Yellow Pages next yr, supposed to have an advert in the firewood section and they have put me into the solid fuel, after a longish 'chat' all monies refunded and a free advert in Yell.com, Parish Magazines the way forward! Happy New Year.

got well stitched up this year by yellow pages spent £1400 on a larger add and when the book arrives the book has got half the size and add is no bigger last time they get any money from me
