Skiing/snowboarding for xmas!!

No I'm pretty slow!! And thinking about switching to skiing not boarding!!

Yeh its ok... Avoid the black just out of resort...We used to sit at the side and watch people slide down on their harrises, well funny when its sheet ice. Try and hook up with local riders who can show you the good stuff. The resort itself is like neon strip, not too bad... some nice restaurants and bars, though I not been there for 8 years. Where are you staying?

I learnt to board in courcheval 1850 many years ago seem to remember expensive but awesome runs with a lot off piste would love to go but missus would def be gone on return have a good time

Yeah I used to hangout at the Brunerie. Just opposite the ski lift so no walking... Check out the Red Frog, Smokie Joes, and La Rhumerie, where I got completely drunk on my birthday, sleep walked and managed to lock myself outside my apartment in the snow in just my coat and boxers! Quite funny afterwards haha

1850 is nearly completely owned by russians now and completely out of reach for mere mortals!!! There is a shop there that sells £3000.oo diamond encrusted nokia phones!!
