Portable Capstan Winch for timber extraction

Thanks for the Small Scale Mechanised Extraction doc. Some interesting thoughts. To tie this to another thread, winching is done using a skidding cone, but despite this being an equipment review, no further mention is made about the cone itself.

Just used the Cyclone 2000 to extract some timber from our forest.

Best bit of kit ive come across, worked all day without as much of hicup,Thats 2 tons of pulling power where others in the same price range will only pull a ton.
