Its an expensive gimmick that those nobs at appkle have come up with to fleece more hard earned punds out of the general public. My mat egave one to his girl for her birthday.....the screen was smashed within a fortnight.

You can just imagine the board room meeting when that idea was thought up.......'well we've got these old laptop screens that we cant do anything with, and we need to direct attention away from the recent problems that the iphone is having.....I know, lets make another overpriced gimmick that those who have been taken in by our bull for the last decade will want to rush out and buy and make us even more money':lol::laugh1:

 

Not that i am cynical AT ALL:sneaky2::blushing:

I love mine.

 

Instant power on, great web browsing, films, songs, books, loads of useful apps and a seemingly endless battery life compared to my notebook. It will be the way the industry goes over the next few years.

 

Bye bye big hefty laptops.

 

Did you the wifi or 3G version Steve?
