yesterday june 22nd we had wind again woke up by police at 9 am went home at 11pm with load to return to today and even the rest of the week we had 2 teams out all day was anywhere else suffering as much as us

i got a couple of small jobs in south cumbria. not seen a right lot of damage round here though.

I'm with JP on this one, lots of small branch ends, but nowt big. The storms in '05 probably cleared out most of ours.

Looks like youve had it pretty bad up there, We were out to a storm damaged pop in a school today, The only emergency work weve had, Seen quite a few snapped out branches about, one of which is in my garden which i need to sort tomorrow , Not seen a full tree blown over this time yet tho!!

Nothing major round here , just a hawthorn branch sticking out in the road which i ran over on the way to work.oopps!!

A few trees brought down around miday. All were Ash, and many covered in ivy. Wind was gusting from nothing to 40mph. Sudden forces were snapping branches all over the place. By teatime gusting was over and no further damage.
