Plus if you wait a few months you could probably also purchase HMS Ark Royal, promote yourself to admiral and invade the Isle of White! :lol:

HMS Invincible is for sale by tender. Laid down in 1973 at Vickers Shipbuilding, Barrow-in-Furness, she was completed in 1980. She is currently stable for tow, subject to buyer confirmation.

Displacement - Current 17000 Tonnes

Estimated metal weight - 10000 Tonnes

Estimated metal % - 95% mild steel

Length - OA 210m, W/L 193m

Draught - Fwd 5.2m, Mid 5.8m, Aft 5.8m

Beam - Extreme 35m, Ex-walkways 32m, W/L 27.53m

Height - 46m (estimated at current draught

Engines - Removed

Generators and Pumps - Generally unserviceable or not working

make a great whaling ship too . . nice big harpoon on the front . . . bet you could fit a few whales on deck.:001_tongue:

 

We would drag them in from the Side Josh.We would only put them on deck once it was full.I would expect great results from HMS Sea Beef,Whales are pretty stupid and I doubt they would catch on to being chased by 1million tons.

Ah good plan regarding dragging them along side, keep the blood off the deck:thumbup1: do you reckon if we got a mother, the calves would be dumb enough to follow their mother into port?

Sure! We could record the sounds of her feeding the young and play it on a loop.I am not sure about any Harbours,my idea was to have a Meat Plant in it and have the Japanese and Norwegians pull up along side to buy.

of course! i have so much to learn, we must have some morals though . . . it would be mean to sepperate a family, so we must make sure the whole clan is wiped out . . even if it means wasting a whale if capacity is reached
