hey guys have just done my first week of climbing work in the snow. Lots of good work to be won clearing snapped limbs (esp Cedar). All of it was really technical and interesting, working out tension/compression problems seeing how far you could go out on limbs weighted with snow and large hangers and the problems associated with rigging said limbs. Was very enjoyable on all levels, even the freezing hands made me giggle when they froze to the caribs ala Dumb and Dumber. Though will i feel the same in five years time ?
