I've had my trees cut down

The trees are on are the landowners But right next to a public foot path We have fixed the fence where the trees have damaged it so the horses carn't get out.The other side is the L.A and they have been informed and are not aware any tree work has been or was to be carried out

Do they teach you nothing at Myerscough?

 

A 211 is a notification of intent, it can be in any form but must be sufficiently detailed for the officer to identify the location, the tree and your intentions. Most LA’s want you to use their forms but you don’t have to.
