Hmmmmmn

Does the frog have any suggestion as to what we do with all this cash once it is in our hands?

Plenty of houses with cash lying around is a charter for distraction thieves, burglars and any other scrote on the prowl.

Anyone coming out of a French bank on Dec 7th will be a muggers delight.

So if they have little or no money is there a point?

Most of us need a bank account, receiving pay, paying bills, standing orders, online payments for stuff you can’t live without from eBay.

I’m not supporting the banks, I recon they offer a pretty poor service but I don’t see what this action will achieve.

The banks are all peeing in the same pot, most of us have to deal with at least one of

them.

so are they proposing we put our money back in the banks after this 'protest'? if so whats the point...it will be like the fuel blockades for a few days that do nothing except annoy a few million people

I agree that these types of protest very seldom achieve their stated aims BUT what they do very well is send signals to those in authority / government about the advisability of persuing a certain policy vis their re - election prospects. Since Wat Tyler onwards such protests or revolts serve to illustrate to monarchs, protectors and politicians that they can only properly govern with our consent and not without it, wether elected or not.

Just remember if you have £1000 in your account that allows the bank to lone >£9000 of money they create out of thin air (or lone out £900 & retain £100), as the law only requires banks to hold <10% of there portfolio (your savings) in tangible moneys and the other 90% as debts created out of moneys the banks never had, thus there are extremely few banks that are capable of paying out all there customers tangible savings should they all want them. :001_rolleyes:
