conifer bashing again today simple straight fells with the winch till we got to end one, which had split right to bottom so couldnt fell it, was a fiddley one to climb since been topped twice, low first time then higher second time then left for few years. also center stem had split out in winter aswell with weight of snow. so no decent anchor point what so ever. couple targets, couple garages, oil tank, couple fences, over 3 gardens. had it down in couple hours cut and chuck all brash and lowered couple bits timber jobs a good'un :thumbup1:

Deadwooding this oak today,main road under me with plenty of traffic, first time i have done a tree with a target area like this..good day no wood fallen on cars or pepole,Bugger to climb, no straight stem to anchor off either..not used to those yet.Sorry their not very exciting guys.

:lol: i tried to be smart like that the other week, now i need a screw driver to open the tail board:thumbdown:

 

haha, you got a hilux right? i had to open mine with a screw driver too:001_smile: jam it in near the left rear lights, lever the tail gate to the right and yank it down:001_tt2:
