Did these gum the other week,was quite windy but to far from home to come back another day.

out of interest, what d'ya reckon the wind speed was?

Wasnt to cosy lol,Not really sure about the wind speed but enough not to be able to cut and throw much.

 

In hindsight if id had the wires dropped it would have been easy,but its done now other than the stumps.

Yesterdays Ash wrecking, Westonbirt village, roadside, very brittle up top so no rigging, slight delay, (Two hours) while we waited for a bee man to turn up and deal with the massive nest.

 

Lovely having two tractors on site for the clear up.

 

 

For some reason the pics are muddled up despite posting them in the right order.

i keep meaning to (with have cameras in our trucks) but never get round to it aslo lazy groundys

Worked in a proper plantsman's garden today.

 

Felled an Acer griseum, and coppiced a Drimys winterii. Thats the one in the centre of the pic. I think it will respond well.
