nice work john and tony.

john, a collegue at work uses a womans knee brace for his elbow, really rates it

this is worth bringing up here as I have experianced this myself lately, john, have you tennis elbow? i got it recently and managed to work out it was the change in grip caused by starting to wear gloves after 20 years without, i went through agony with it and when i worked out what i was doing different, i am glad to say all is right again and back to my old self.

tennis/golfers elbow is something i wouldnt wish on my worst enemy, if you get it, try thinking about changes youve made to your methods/kit, going back sorted me right out.

Before and after pics of some work that we carried out last year in an area of the estate known as the Wilderness.

When I started it was a solid unerstory of Rhododendron with a few overgrown paths and lots of small to medium sized Sycamore.

Slowly were opening up the woodland restoring old views, and creating new ones.

dave, the ivy was left on but has been cut at the base since the photo was taken

hama, yes its tennis elbow and i suffer in both, think its a combination of skateboarding for over ten years in my teens and erly 20s and the fact i weigh nearly 15 stone that agrivates it

that aint going to help for sure!

but even so, have you altered gloves techinque or anything?

silky, top handle saw, top handled double sided hedge cutter, feeding a chipper all the one way(tp is bad for this because of the safety lever on the left)

that TP needs a tweak then, sounds a bit like its getting old and the safety has gone super sensative, just like our big TP on the back of the tactorrr! must sort that one out!
