I am currently on a get fit quick regime...

 

When doing situps the puppy thinks its great to sit on my stomach and help me out... Funnything is it seems to be helping.

 

Anybody got any good ways of getting fit apart from the normal and boaring :001_smile:

Split a **** load of logs every day, you'll be fit as a fiddle, Boring as fook tho i guess!!

Stick some weights on hands and wrists (I believe they come in fetching pink neoprene to match the wifes leotard & leg warmers). Then anything you do during the day is all exercise+. If you want a manly version, variations on divers belts, wrist / ankle bands can be made if you can afford the lead.:scared1:
