Time for this large crack willow to be lopped and chopped. I said to the guys it will be gone in one way or another in the summer and now with this crack which has appeared. Its sadly curtains before it lands in someones garden.

Got the LA TO coming out and head of the county arb team who are going to be doing the work. When the TO and arb team boss see the crack i recon it will be down early part of next week. Only need 1 climber and a groundy as we can supply the trailer to take the chippings away. Will want to be be there taking pictures of the dismantle.

Here's one for you, largish oak, healthy crown, crash bang onto a garage type thing.

It's one of a line that I am now quoting to take out.

now a few years ago the chestnut trees behind were coppiced exposing the tree to new wind forces but there is some rot in the base. Hope pictures the right way up!

 

Edit it's upside down but you get the idea.
