Last week i unfortunately got a hole in my rad, radweld was no use. I removed the rad and researched getting a replacement. I was astounded to find that a replacement would set me back £750 + vat. i contacted timberwolf who confirmed that is what they have to pay to replace one on warranty. £750 for a cipper rad is disgusting..... Fortunately i took my rad to sheldrakes in Ipswich who built me a NEW rad from scratch for under £300. Andy at sheldrakes is a bloody legend......

thats an expensive rad, i usually pay £100+vat for a rad re-core, although lastweek i got a new rad for the disco for the same price and its a new aluminium core with plastic sides inc oil cooler..

This side of the Pennines try Oldham Radiators, last small rad cost me 120 inc vat, delivered in at 9am and collected at 3pm

Do not to forget to refill with anti freeze being an ex HGV mechanic we added BARS LEAK this does work and does not block the radiator

Kubota parts are VERY expensive.

Although excellent bits of kit I have never been very impressed with the main dealer parts set up. It would be useful to know how other manufactuers compare on spares, availability and price.
