Hi gays 'n' gals,

What would you consider would be a fair price to chip pre cut brushwood up to 3" dia. Approx 2-3 hrs chipping time & all chip to be left on site.

Thanks for any input. :thumbup1:

Have you got to hire the chipper to chip someone elses job? Or is it a job you're going to do/have done and want to work out how much you'll get charged for someone to come in and chip?

depends on the skill / brains / compassion of whoever stacked it and (as once happened to me) whether or not a JCB driver has kindly splattered it with topsoil and divots of turf......

I walked (nay ran) away from a job like that just last week. It looked more like a bonfire that a chipping job.

yeah, you only tackle a job like that once, especially if you are using your own chipper, and I wouldn't have done it at all if it wasn't for a "mate". :-(
