I put a brand new engine in mine along with a new turbo and injector pump. The injector pump had had a part robbed off it so I put it in and asked the injection specailist to set the pump up to standard settings

I put the pump back on and it was more sluggish than the original. I made one adjustment on the pump knowing all the other settings were correct and it transformed the vehicle. Loads of power and no smoke, except the obligatory 300tdi puff of smoke on start up

HI ALL just the job i will get better filter and fuel pump tweaked all the best jon

If you are "tweaking" the pump Jon you are better first taking it in and getting it calibrated and set to original settings first then you have a starting platform, but you only need to adjust one screw "very" slightly then take out the EGR brain under the middle seat and stick it in your c glove box.

Mine has no EGR control box, no expensive catalytic down pipe, replace that with a standard and has had the pump "tweeked" and it flys through the mot emissions test
