I went back in after you all left as you know, and finished early enough today to have a few more hours!

 

My old mistress has rewarded me for my love and affection all these years, I cannot stress enough how much awsome fungal madness is kicking off in there, im dumb struck.

I promise you it is Gleophylum odoratum, i knew it was a glephylum as soon as you showed me the photo and i coneected the smell as anise:thumbup1:

 

was a top top find my man.

Can you boys and girls label your pics before you upload them then when we float the mouse arrow over the pic it tells you what it is, at the moment it says "foray097.jpg"

 

It makes it easier for ignoramous's such as me to associate name with picture and memorize

nah its a fair comment, used to do it too but its just another little bit of editing isnt it, will do my best though, its a fair cop i suppose.

Thanks Giles, yes it was a fine day, the responses in this thread are what make it for me, we got soooo lucky, weather timing ideal conditions and the most prolific fruiting ive ever seen anywhere!
