Surely your only too cheap if all the other local firms are charging more than you.Tis irrelevant what others charge in different regions.

Although you may make money by selling to them.:thumbup1:

I dunno what volume that is but we charge £100 for approx 2 cube delivered.

Or did its going up this year but only to about £120 prob max.

Well comparing your prices and the approx volume of a builders bag (0.6M is it?) you need to treble your prices.:001_smile:

Or move a lot further south.

Ok Hodge, you say £30 costs. I take it thats per load and delivered at £65, yes?

When you say 3 bags per load, is that 0.5 cu bags or 0.72?

Approx 3 builders sand bags from jewson, dunno exact cu.:confused1:

Ok, I would say that load is worth £150 delivered (approx)

That would hack a lot of your current customers off. Say 50% of them.

Say you delivered 10 loads per week at the moment, making £350 less delivery.

But after price rise only deliver 5 loads. But with £600 profit less delivery.

Now you have half the customers to deal with, less logs to cut, more time in bed with the missus, AND nearly twice the profit!

Sound any good?
