swimming aids for kids !!

From what I understand lifejacket type bouyancy aids are no good for the swimming baths unless you want her to float vertical-is with her head held above the water. :001_huh:

My eldest is almost 3, for the last year or so she's been on armbands. I am sure I remember using them when I was 7/8/9? They allow you to swim but help you to stay afloat.

does the 1,st go betwen the lgs to stop it riding up ,thats the wer haveing

 

actually they both have legloops and yes it is to stop them riding up and falling out

 

the trick is to do the waist/hips tight and have the loops a little loose so it does'nt hurt the crutch

 

my kids are fine in them

life jacket is to keep person on thier back with head/face out of water to breathe

 

bouyancy aid is to enable person to swim on front or back, is easier on back but will not put the person there automaticly and can still float face down

 

bouyancy aid is easier to swim with
