What's the tipping angle mate? Are all the rams extending fully?

The Trannys only really start spilling the chip out when the top (thinnest) ram extends.

Worse with wet chip.

Mines steel bed with ally sides and usually tips pretty clean.

Have had some issues when we have been chipping pure leafy crap in the wet, no bother with more woody chips.

Weird!

is the tipping body factory fitted of is it an aftermarket tipper ? , i know one guy with an isuzu who had a factory fitted tipper and it does no tip high enough but thats because its a scissor tipping system . can you post some pics of the rams and tipper when fully tipped ?

hi combined tree services,

it was not fitted by isuzu , single three part ram, i have now checked the angle and find its about 36 degree where other tippers are about 45 to 50 max, i think this could be the problem, so looks like i could be in for an argument!!!
