anyone tried the Oregon Power Sharp? pros/cons??

Ive seen the info on the tinterweb about the new Power sharp. Dose anyone have any pros and cons of this?

 

It sounds like a good idea but my initial thoughts were that you require specific chain which may make it expensive....and does it work?

Now Then you can See it for yourself at the APF, it has not been launched yet in the UK, Early Oct is looking the earliest we will see stock.

Yes it's a different chain and bar which fits only saws under 45cc but it lets you sharpen in 4 seconds and get back cutting the dirty grit and wire filled wood that normally wrecks your chain.

You may see the benefit of having a powersharp equiped saw like many others saw at Jonesies show [read threads on here]

Yes it works which you will see at the APF.

Hi ian, Yes im still here, waiting patiently for that HUGE order from you!!!!

But Im going very grey now and might be dead soon... so get that wd40 out and start spending, those white fivers will be out of date soon...

 

will be checking out the potential to stock this as quite a few of our customers are farmers who "potentially" are not very good or dont have the time to sharpen saws.
