We look after the Trees at the House where John Keats wrote most of his well known work.

 

18 months ago I de-ivied this big Plane, today whilst back there to lay on a climbing demo & talk for local kids, I litterally stumbled over these subtle pieces of art at the foot of that Plane.

The words & images on these bits of Ash, are by a local artist called Orly Orbach, and these words & images are inspired directly from the great man himself.

 

Not just created for their aesthetics, they are intended to be used as etchings for children to rub & get closer to nature & poetry.

 

& finally left to return to earth.

Yeah, i thought so too.

 

Think I may have a play, and write a few bits on left stumps and cheeses here and there.

 

 

Maybe put something like " if you can read this you're too close to this tree & probably contributed to the compaction that killed it's neighbour" :sneaky2::biggrin:

 

 

Now where's me dremmel..........
