how old are you?

how much experience do you have?

do you really want to be self employed?

would it be better to be employed and gain some valuble experience first?

I'm 19

I don't have as much as much as I planned to get over the past month or two.

I would like to be. It works out better when I work for other people for invoicing and stuff like that.

There's nowhere taking on. I have all the kit so just work for other people as a subbie.

I've been getting more work through my own adverts than I have from otter people.

I can completely see where you come from John. My dad says similar things but will help me no matter what.

I do manage to keep hold of receipts from honey brothers and other relevant places so I could track back prett easily if I wanted to claim anything.

I'm at a pretty base level with everything ATM. With these two week off ita a bit of a kicker as I've been going looking at jobs. But they are having to wait at least a week or two before I can do them.

As others have said. If I make mistakes it's easier to learn from them now with less on the table than in year to come where it could mean big consequences

If you are already getting work from other people and your own advertising then it is a legal obligation in this country to declare your earnings. I.e register as self employed.
